SIS! Good work at practice today. There is actually a pretty good youtube video about high volleys (and many other techniques) that Zarina sent to me last semester. I find it to be very helpful. It was interesting how I felt immediate improvement just by watching the video... Anyways, I hope this video would be beneficial to you all, too!
